Across the country, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused delays and
disruptions in care for people with breast cancer - whether they are
newly diagnosed, in active treatment, in long-term survivorship, or
living with metastatic breast cancer - adding extra anxiety and
uncertainty to an already challenging experience.

During these uncertain times, Breastcancer.org is here to support our
community of breast cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. Your
generosity makes that support possible.

DONATE

While this year has brought new challenges for our community, we know
that people need education and support every day, each month, all year
round to protect their breast health and get the best care possible.
This October, a month focused on awareness, here are some important
actions you can take for your health and safety:

* Don't delay screening or appointments out of fear of COVID-19.
Remain vigilant about COVID-19 safety during everyday activities.

* Ask your doctor about getting your flu shot.

* Stay connected with your support network, and check in on your
friends.

* Take care of your mental health.

* Be kind to yourself about sticking to a healthy lifestyle right now.
Do the best you can, and give yourself grace along the way.
