Author and former Navy SEAL Jack Carr recently went on Fox News’ “Tucker Carlson Tonight” to tell ordinary Americans what to do if facing danger from violent rioters...

The Navy SEAL hammered the importance of being aware of your surroundings and leaving the area of riots or avoiding them completely if possible...
But he also later posted on his blog:
"... that awareness will only get you so far. It is possible to be aware of your imminent demise. You also need to train for that worst-case scenario. You need to be prepared to take action. You need to be ready to fight."
