After 251,853 concerned and, quite honestly, shocked citizens signed the petition asking Netflix to cancel the release of “Cuties,” Netflix did the unthinkable. They not only moved forward with the release, but they defended the movie, which revolves around sexualizing 11-year-old girls. As Netflix CEO Reed Hastings double-downs on his support for this irresponsible and highly offensive production. We need to increase our efforts to have "Cuties" removed and Hastings held accountable for action. So, we are partnering with Enough is Enough on a dual-call to action petition against "Cuties."
Sign now to request the launch of a Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation into the film production team and Netflix for potential child pornography charges. Those responsible for the filming, production, and distribution of the content MUST be held accountable, and Demand Netflix immediately removes the film “Cuties” from its streaming service.

- exploits the young pre-adolescent actresses in skimpy attire who twerk, hump, gyrate, and perform stripper-esque dance moves with crotch grabs and leg spreads,
- production cameras zoom in and slowly pan up and down the girls’ bodies.

Why the call for a DOJ investigation? Child pornography under federal law is defined as any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor (someone under 18 years of age). Visual depictions include photographs, videos, digital or computer-generated images indistinguishable from an actual minor, and images created, adapted, or modified, but appear to depict an identifiable, actual minor.
