Before you shut down for the night, I need to ask a favor.
At midnight, we close the books on the final quarterly report we file with the FEC -- and we’re still $889 shy of our grassroots goal. I know that might not sound like a lot in the grand scheme of things, but for a grassroots campaign like ours, every dollar matters. When we come up short, it translates directly to having fewer resources to reach voters in the final weeks of this campaign.
So, after some quick back-of-the-envelope math, here’s what it comes down to: I’m hoping that 24 people reading this note right now will decide to chip in before tonight’s deadline.
