Lawmakers have now spent more time waiting to repeal the HB6 than they spent to pass it in 2019.

Our legislators are failing over and over again to repeal this corrupt piece of legislation through their own inaction. Speaker Bob Cupp has dismissed all attempts to bring the bill to House floor, and attempts to move the bill out of committee have been ruled "out of order."

If the House does not Repeal HB6 today, a fee will be added to every electricity bill in Ohio starting Jan. 1, 2021.?House Bill 6 charges Ohioans $170 million extra per year.?

The only way for lawmakers to ensure their constituents do not see the additional fee on their electric bill in January is for an emergency clause which would require 66 members voting in favor of it. Currently, 58 out of 99 House members have signed on to cosponsor bills that would repeal the law.

Co-sponsoring is not enough. Print this PDF and tell our state's leaders that you want a clean repeal NOW. Just cosponsoring a bill is not enough, we need action.
