This is the first deadline of our general election campaign, and that means all eyes will be on us to see if our movement has the staying power. Reporters are going to ask if we have the enthusiasm and energy to pass the Green New Deal when the new Congress and President are sworn in.

Each donation sends a powerful message that our movement is prepared to win the big fights to come -- that people like you are stepping up to make sure our progressive ideas like the Green New Deal become law.

Republicans and their corporate backers will spend hundreds of millions of dollars opposing our ideas, and I know that $3 may not seem like enough to compete with that.
