During last night’s first presidential debate, Donald Trump showed us all, again, why he’s incapable of leading this country:
He refused to condemn white supremacists, encouraged far-right supporters to watch the polls in the spirit of intimidating voters, failed to address climate change in a productive way, and then blamed California for the recent forest fires.
AND the cherry on top: He blamed Oakland and “Democratic” cities for peaceful protests that turned violent after residents of those cities were forced to witness inhumane, racist acts of police brutality.
Donald Trump is dangerous. He is incapable of taking responsibility. And as long as he remains in office, he will continue to divide our country and inflict harm on our most vulnerable communities.
Michelle Obama said it best: “He simply cannot be who we need him to be for us.” So we have no other option, but to fight with every fiber of our being to get him out of the Oval Office on election day.
