Friend --

We heard it during yesterday’s debate: Elections have consequences - even Trump said it himself. This election, justice is on our ballot, civil rights are on the ballot, our basic healthcare is on the ballot. NOW is the time for Black women to raise our voices together. We will show them that Black women vote and we vote with power.

Join us TOMORROW for our #BlackWomenLead2020  text-a-thon to help register Black women to vote!

When: Thursday, October 1 at 7-9 pm ET

Where: Join from anywhere!

How: RSVP here

While we may not be able to go door to door, we can still be in community and conversation during our Textathon & Happy Hour. There will be a DJ, a mixologist, a few surprise guests, and most importantly–YOU :)

We know that Black women will make the difference in this election but many still aren’t registered to vote! We will be reaching out to over 150,000 unregistered Black women across Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Texas.

We also have a special announcement: Mark your calendars and plan to join Higher Heights on Wednesday, October 7th for all night coverage as Senator Kamala Harris hits the debate stage with Vice President Mike Pence for a  VP Debate Watch Party and #BlackWomenLead Spin Room! We’ll watch the debate together and hear our analysis in REAL time.

Join us!

Onward,
