WomenHeart CEO Reflects on a Legacy
Celina Gorre's latest blog uses the words of Justice Ruth Bader
Ginsberg to reflect on her own journey to WomenHeart and the
organization's work to fight for health equity and to support
women living with heart disease. This moment is especially poignant,
as we live through a pandemic and work to "incorporate digital

Celebrating National Cholesterol Education Month
Starting with a guest blog posted by Dr. Suzanne Steinbaum early in
the month, WomenHeart spent September sharing content and educating
women about the link between cholesterol and heart health.
Highlighting healthy lifestyle habits and the role of statins in
cholesterol management, Dr. Steinbaum encouraged women "to be
their own advocate when it comes to managing heart health and risk
factors for heart disease." See additional materials on
cholesterol management.
