Hi there,

Trump promised that he would put anti-choice judges on the Supreme Court who were committed to overturning Roe v. Wade.

So far, he's delivered on that promise with the confirmation of Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh. And he's about to do it again with the vacant Supreme Court seat.

If Roe is overturned, more than a dozen states with Republican-controlled legislatures could quickly ban abortion.

We'll be blunt: It might just work. But we can fight back.

Donate toward our $275,000 End-of-Quarter goal and help pro-choice Democratic women flip state legislatures across the country:

If a conservative Supreme Court strikes down the Affordable Care Act or Roe v. Wade, state legislatures are our last line of defense for protecting health care, reproductive freedom, voting rights, and LGBTQ+ equality.

That's why we've put 11 state legislative chambers "On Notice" this election cycle, and why we've endorsed hundreds of exceptional pro-choice Democratic women to run against state House and Senate Republicans in their communities.

In a potential world without Roe, electing more pro-choice Democratic women to state legislatures could be our best chance to shore up protections for reproductive rights.

Donate now to help hit our $275,000 End-of-Quarter goal and elect more women to state and local office who will protect reproductive freedom no matter what:
