GOOD: We're NECK AND NECK with our opponent according to a new Des Moines Register poll. Keep this in mind: We can win this race with a little hard work and hustle.

BAD: Our opponent is still ducking the debates. Randy Feenstra knows he doesn't stand a chance against J.D. on the issues. But that means we have to work twice as hard to show voters what sets them apart.

UGLY: In less than 9 hours, the books will close on our final end-of-quarter filing of the general election and we're still $8,239 short of our goal. Every dollar we raise right now will be reflected in our filing, and every dollar we fail to raise shows our opponent's corporate donors that they can overpower our voices.
