Today is the biggest FEC fundraising deadline of the campaign.
Please read Katie Porter's note below about why she's in this fight, and if you're able, pitch in to hit our end-of-quarter goal and support her re-election.

Our campaign is about building power for working families in our government.
Because I've quickly learned that Congress wasn't built for people like me--a single, working mother of three who drives a minivan back and forth between home and school and tries to figure out childcare in between House sessions and dinner.
And as a result, our government and economy weren't built for regular American families either--who work hard, pay their fair share of taxes (well more than $750 a year), and still struggle to make ends meet.
I'm in this fight because I believe if we don't have voices like mine, trying to figure out how to juggle raising a family and work while in Congress, then we won't have anyone else speaking up to try to improve the system for families all across the country.
So when a grassroots campaign like this one--fighting for working families and a more level playing field--is able to show it has incredibly strong support on our FEC report, we send a powerful message: Our movement can take on "politics as usual" and change the game for good.
I'm so grateful for how strong this campaign has grown--and it's due to the small-dollar contributions from thousands of grassroots support like you. But we have to keep pushing if we want to make real, lasting change. So before tonight's final FEC deadline of this race, can you please pitch in $10 or anything you can to help reach our important goal and power our movement forward?
