We are one month from election day. I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait for November 3rd to be here already. More importantly, we are less than a week from ballots hitting the mailboxes of Californians in CA-08 and across the state. Time is running out to help get Chris’s message across to voters. Today… NOW would be a good time to step up.

Tomorrow night is probably the most important deadline yet for Chris’s campaign -- it’s her final end-of-quarter deadline of the election. So many of you have been so generous over the course of this campaign and we are so, so appreciative. But this is it. There is no more “getting around to it.” Now is the time to show your support for Chris and her campaign to make healthcare affordable for everyone and protect the federal lands that we all love so much.

There is always a fundraising goal and it is always just out of reach. That’s because almost every dollar that Chris has raised has been by asking individuals like you to help. No corporations are funneling dollars to buy this campaign. PLEASE make a donation before our deadline hits tomorrow at midnight. These deadlines have always been important, but this one has taken on even more urgency after our opponent sent out tens of thousands of deceitful mailers across the district attacking Chris with scare tactics and outright lies.

Sadly, it’s what we’ve come to expect from life-long politicians these days, but it’s critically important that we gather the resources to fight back and set the record straight.

Trust me when I tell you that I have never seen anyone work harder for anything in my life. She is so dedicated to the people of this district and will be the best representative this district has ever had. But to be that representative, she needs to close out strong. Thanks to you, Chris and the team have been able to meet their goals time and again. Now, they need your help doing it again.
