The results of our end-of-quarter fundraising is something that everyone — from political media to undecided voters — will get to see once the FEC report becomes public.
And John, proving the strength of our progressive movement is more important than ever. Because right now — despite Jamaal's historic primary win in June — the progressive movement is fighting an uphill battle.
We're seeing Republican super PACs and lobbyists spending millions of dollars to stop campaigns like ours: campaigns that center the working class, champion progressive values, and challenge the status quo.
The political establishment is doing this because they know that if candidates like Jamaal join Congress, Washington would finally have lawmakers pushing for the bold, progressive change that working families have demanded for so long — and succeed.
Election Day is now 34 days away. Political pundits, media, and the establishment will all wait to see the results of our FEC report and to see if we've been able to successfully mobilize our movement to reach our $350,000 goal — and determine our staying power as voters head to the polls.
