Wednesday. Trump has been pushing hard to expand offshore drilling in US waters ? we've just been handed our chance at stopping him. H.R. 1941 is a permanent ban on offshore drilling and seismic testing off huge parts of our coasts.

Thursday. Trump is preparing to hand out drilling leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge this fall. To head it off, H.R. 1146 would ban drilling in the refuge ? just in time, before Big Oil gets its hands on these lands.

There are still representatives that are on the fence on this ? in the leadup to these votes, we need to be pushing hard to win these votes by large majorities.

To pull it off, we need to be raising hell. We're organizing calls, rallies, protests, demonstrations, and grassroots lobbying to flip these votes.

In recent weeks, the Trump administration has opened Grand Staircase-Escalante to strip mining. They've fast-tracked uranium mining operations around both Bears Ears and the Grand Canyon. They gutted the Endangered Species Act ? and paved the way for a massive expansion of methane emissions.

Each of these attacks CAN be blocked by Congress ? and votes are already being scheduled. We need to be pushing our representatives now if we're going to have a shot at getting them through.
