John, this moment in our nation’s history demands leaders who will bring the bold solutions that will move America forward. This moment demands Joe Biden.

But with just five weeks left, we're running out of time to overcome the daunting challenges that still lie ahead in this election.

Now that ballots are being cast, the DNC is rushing last-minute investments into battleground states to help Joe, Kamala, and thousands of Democrats win. But that work can't happen unless we can raise the necessary resources ahead of big FEC deadlines like the one coming up tonight.

When I was on the campaign trail, I talked a lot about being a big math guy -- and according to the DNC's calculations, they'll be in a solid position to reach their final quarterly goal of this election if 24 more folks from Washington chip in before tonight's deadline. That's why I'm urging you to join me in supporting Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Democrats before this important FEC reporting deadline:

Our party can reach this important goal -- but only if 24 more folks from Washington chip in to support the organizing, ads, and outreach necessary to get out the vote.

I’m the father of two young boys, John, and I know the country my sons will grow up in is going to be very different from the one you and I grew up in. And I launched what began as a long-shot bid for president because I wanted to look back at my life knowing I did everything in my power to create the kind of future our children deserve.

It is with that same spirit of optimism and dedication to future generations that I am wholeheartedly and enthusiastically supporting Joe Biden and Kamala Harris -- and why I'm urging you to do the same by making a contribution to the DNC today, before their final quarterly deadline at midnight tonight, so we can work together to ensure Democrats can win this thing.
