Time sensitive? ? ? ? ? Friend ? tonight is the one of the last FEC deadlines before the election, and we've just received worrying news: a series of polls now put Trump ahead in Florida, Arizona, and Michigan ? and North Carolina is deadlocked.

These are all states where Biden had been ahead. If Trump wins all four ? it is his path to reelection.

Tomorrow, our campaigns team will sit down to hash out final GOTV operations in the last weeks before the election. We're looking at "go big" scenarios in each of these states aimed at getting environmental voters the resources and information they need to vote.

Our turnout efforts are working ? we're still changing minds every day and getting people resources they need to cast their vote. But the truth is that GOTV efforts are still underfunded. This is a moment where we need to scale up ? but if we come up short now, we might need to do the opposite.

We're still $8,332 short of our $100,000 goal. The FEC deadline is tonight ? and every contribution before the deadline is being tripled ? [link removed]

If everyone reading this right now pitched in ? even $3 ? we'd blow through that goal in minutes. ? VOTE-BY-MAIL CAMPAIGN STATUS:
GOAL: $100,000
PROGRESS: 92% to goal

Every contribution before tonight's FEC deadline will be tripled to scale up our plans for vote-by-mail and other efforts targeting environmental swing voters

? More than 200,000 people have now died of COVID-19 in the US. Fires continue to burn through neighborhoods and destroy homes in much of the West. The truth is, these disasters aren't impacting all communities in the same way.

The legacy of structural discrimination has limited access to quality health care and pushed low-income, Black, Indigenous, and communities of color into jobs that cause them to be disproportionately exposed ? and more likely to die ? from COVID-19. These same communities are also now facing horrific air quality and housing insecurity due to the record-breaking wildfires.

Trump is failing to meet this moment, and people are dying. But it's not just Trump ? we need to take down his enablers in the Senate too.

Thom Tillis in North Carolina. Joni Ernst in Iowa. Martha McSally in Arizona. Each of these senators are just as much to blame as Trump. Each has cast vote after vote to undermine environmental justice in this country.

And most importantly, each of these senators are polling within a few points in races that can be decided by the environmental movement. What happens next is up to you.

Please ? make an emergency contribution to LCV Victory Fund before the FEC deadline at midnight ? every dollar will be tripled, and even $3 is enough to make a difference ? [link removed]

Thank you for everything you do ? we've got a real shot at this one, but it's only going to come together with your help.
