“If we can end Obamacare and come up with a much better health-care system that’s much cheaper and much better, which is what we’ll do.”

That’s what Donald Trump said the day he announced his intention to nominate Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. But it’s also what he’s said for years -- he’ll repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act with something “better and cheaper.” And that plan was coming soon!

Years have passed since that first promise. But the fact is, the appointment of Judge Barrett to the Supreme Court could spell the end of the Affordable Care Act, while Republicans have NOTHING to replace it. In the middle of a global pandemic that has killed more than 200,000 Americans.

But yet again, it’s what he doubled down on during last night’s presidential debate. 

The Supreme Court will hear arguments on the legality of the Affordable Care Act just one week after Election Day. Our health care is on the line -- and we have to act now.
