In honor of Grandparents Day

Dear John,

Grandma, grandpa, bubbe, abuelo, meemaw and papa. You may be called one of these names or have a special person who has played the role of a grandparent in your life - these are the relationships that we honor today.

We recognize grandparents today, including those who have acted as caregivers, those who have bravely faced Alzheimer's and those who have worked to help end this disease for future generations. Some are sadly no longer with us, but they hold a special place in our hearts for their lasting wisdom, strength and guidance. And if you are a grandparent yourself, we thank you for all you do.

As a member of our community, you play a critical role in the fight against Alzheimer's. Friends like you help provide vital services that reach people living with Alzheimer's and help fund research that may one day eliminate this devastating disease.

If you need support - or know a family member or friend who needs help - we're here all day, 365 days a year through our free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900).

Sincerely,

Donna McCullough
Chief Development Officer

P.S. You can honor someone special in your life on Grandparents Day with a gift today that will help provide Alzheimer's care and support and advance research.
