Here are a few simple steps to activate your new line of service with CREDO, whether you’re bringing over your current phone or getting a new one. If you're having trouble or don't want to do this by yourself, you can ALWAYS call us 7 days a week and one of our U.S.-based customer service representatives can help you!
① First, do not cancel your current phone service if you want to keep your current phone number. Your current service will be cancelled automatically once your phone number’s transfer to CREDO is complete.

Next, you'll need to collect some important account information, including: |
- Your current phone number
- Your billing address
- The last four digits of your social security number
- Your current mobile service account number
- Your PIN

③ Once you receive your phone (or SIM card if you’re bringing your own phone) go to our activation portal and fill in the info from step 2. That’s it.
