Governor Gavin Newsom has just announced the signing of a whole slew of new anti-gun legislation.

Among the bills Newsom signed include:

• AB 2847 - Roster & Microstamping
• AB 2362 - Petty fines for gun stores
• AB 2699 - "Unsafe" handgun transfers
• SB 723 - Firearms; prohibited persons

This means that most handguns currently on the Handgun Roster could soon be stripped.

Fight Back!

And gun stores across the State could be subject to crippling fines for meaningless paperwork "violations." 

Our Legal Team is already spun up following this news and is working hard to file new lawsuits to protect your 2A rights.
