Tonight Joe Biden and Donald Trump will face off for the first time on the debate stage. Millions of voters will be tuning in—many of them still undecided.

We already know what’s going to happen: Donald Trump is going to lie. He’s going to distract. He’s going to divide Americans. He’s going to do everything he can to hide from his horrible record.

We know better. But in these last five weeks we need to make sure every voter knows the damage he’s done, and that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have a plan to turn things around.

Here’s what we’re up against: Trump is working to suppress the vote at every turn. And now, he has refused to commit to a peaceful transfer of power after the election. All while he attempts to steal another Supreme Court seat.

Amid all this, our country is still limping through a pandemic and a recession that he has failed to respond to. This is what we are fighting against. A corrupt and incompetent president and administration that is hell-bent on staying in office.
