We want to alert you to something we just learned: Nancy Pelosi is campaigning hard here in North Carolina, coming after Dan and Congressman Richard Hudson in NC-08. Just this past weekend, she sent out an email for both of their opponents and said she needs both districts to expand her House majority.

Here’s why she needs to win these districts so badly: If the presidential election hasn’t been decided by January 6th, each state delegation in Congress will cast one vote each for president. In order for Donald Trump to get North Carolina’s vote, we have to ensure House Republicans stay in office. In other words, Pelosi is coming after Dan and Richard to flip our state delegation for Joe Biden in the event of a contested election. We have to stop her.
