They may not be getting the same attention as the legislative or presidential races, but our judge races in Illinois are critically important.? Our Illinois judges determine the legality of executive orders and statutes.



The two judge races I am following in southern Illinois are Justice David Overstreet running for the Illinois Supreme Court and Justice Mark Boie running for the 5th District Appellate Court.



Both these Republican judge candidates are at a severe financial disadvantage, running against Democrats who are claiming to be "conservative" and? "support[ers of] the 2nd Amendment." ?



Don't let these Democrats fool you.? The party of JB Pritzker, Nancy Pelosi, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is not a big-tent party and it certainly is not conservative or supportive of the 2nd Amendment. ?



I urge you to put out signs, donate to, and vote for Justice Overstreet and Justice Boie.? They are both tremendous judges who will interpret the law, not make it.? More importantly, they are not beholden to the same wealthy progressive donors who are funding JB Pritzker's attempted transformation of Illinois.
