Tonight is the first presidential debate between Joe Biden and Donald Trump. This is another opportunity for the country to see the stark differences between these two candidates.
Joe Biden will provide leadership that brings us together, no matter what we look like or where we were born. Trump will continue to divide us and spew hatred. He will also try to stack the Supreme Court with a new conservative justice who will remain in power for decades, deciding on cases that will impact immigrants’ rights for generations to come.
But not everyone is able or willing to watch the debates. We have to meet them on their own turf and communicate with them why Biden-Harris is the better choice for this country.
We can create a more just and equitable society and economy that gives everyone a fair shot, no matter what you look like or where you were born. But we need your help. Let’s do it together.
