BREAKING NEWS ALERT
Governor Charlie Baker said Tuesday that starting Oct. 5, communities that have not been a "red" community in any of the last three weekly state reports can move into Phase 3, Step 2 of the state's reopening plan.
Eligible communities will be allowed — with restrictions — to open indoor performance venues, increase outdoor venue capacity, and open fitting rooms in retail stores, among several other things, a statement from Baker's office said.
