Hello —

I know my team has been emailing you about our final end-of-quarter fundraising push for this campaign. I want to quickly explain why it matters.

Every three months, candidates must file reports with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) as a way of keeping politicians transparent about how much money they have and who’s funding their campaigns. It’s a big test of our strength.

Tomorrow at midnight, we will close the books on the final quarterly FEC deadline of this election. Shortly after, we will file our report and our numbers will go public — which means everyone will see exactly how much money our campaign has raised and the number of folks who have chipped in.

I have no doubt that Donald Trump, who will be back in Minnesota to rally his right-wing base tomorrow, will exploit any point of vulnerability to attack our campaign again. So, we need to finish the quarter strong.

How we perform at this deadline could determine whether we have what it takes to respond to Trump’s attacks in the closing weeks of this election. That’s why we’ve set a lofty goal of raising $100,000 by tomorrow — but right now, we are projected to miss our target.

Remember, this is our last full FEC quarter before Election Day, so I’m asking you to rush a donation of anything you can before tomorrow’s deadline expires at midnight. Please, don’t let us fall behind — donate here:

We get no do-overs here, so I’m asking you to dig deep if you can. This movement has always depended on grassroots supporters like you stepping up when it matters most.

Thank you for everything.
