The reason I'm being so direct is because our country is at a crossroads. With Trump about to appoint another far-right Supreme Court Justice who will serve for life, we stand to lose any hope of challenging the GOP's destructive agenda in court for decades.

Meanwhile, Mitch McConnell and his cronies in the Senate continue to obstruct hundreds of House bills to protect and strengthen the ACA, enact common-sense gun safety reforms, and tackle the climate crisis while there's still time.

If that wasn't enough, my campaign is up against our final FEC quarterly deadline before the election, and I've got an extremist Republican challenger gunning for my seat. Their team will be looking very closely at the fundraising numbers we report at the end of the month -- And I have no doubt National Republican groups and the President's campaign will be doing the same.

We need to bring in 346 more grassroots donations to reach our goal to hit 5,000 online contributions for the quarter. That might sound daunting, but with your help, I know we can reach this goal in time.
