2020 has been a year.
And in the 2020, everything is on the line. Donald Trump has been an unequivocal disaster for this country. His response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been deadly, he has stoked racism across the country, and he has led a dangerous opposition to reproductive health, rights, and justice.
We need to elect leaders that can move the nation forward. This is why NIRH Action Fund is proud to endorse Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for President and Vice President.
Vice President Biden championed the Affordable Care Act and has joined the call to repeal the discriminatory Hyde Amendment. Senator Harris is a proven progressive leader. Together, they will be accountable to us: the voters, advocates, and activists who are working together to advance justice and equity.
As critical as the presidential election is, we can’t rely on the federal government alone to protect our fundamental rights. For deeper and more sustaining change, we need to take state and local offices up and down the ticket.
