BREAKING — there have been two major developments in North Carolina:

1. Senator Tillis — after blocking President Obama's SCOTUS nomination in 2016 — is now vowing to vote for Trump's replacement for Justice Ginsburg, Amy Coney Barrett. It's a decision that upends one of the closest Senate races in the cycle.
2. A new poll now has Trump ahead in North Carolina. Biden had been polling consistently ahead here for weeks.

What voters need to know is that this is total BS — Tillis's first ever speech on the Senate floor was in support of drilling off the Carolina coast. His voting record is consistently anti-environment — he's completely in the pocket of Big Oil. The races for Senate and for President in North Carolina are so close — the margin is razor-thin.
