I=E2=80=99ve got good news, bad news, and really bad news for the pro-life =
movement.

The good news is the judge dismissed seven of the fifteen felony criminal c=
harges against pro-life citizen journalist David Daleiden stemming from his=
undercover investigation of Planned Parenthood, leaving him facing eight f=
elony counts.
The bad news is the California Attorney General added a ninth felony charge=
at David=E2=80=99s arraignment.
And the really bad news is that David may have to stand trial before anothe=
r San Francisco jury which will decide whether he spends a decade locked aw=
ay in a state penitentiary.

So we've got to be prepared for the worst!

My friend, the reality is...
You couldn't be there when David entered the dark underbelly of the abortio=

an armed raid on his home in which they seized laptops, hard-drives, and r=
ecording equipment.
And you couldn't be there with David when he appeared in both Texas and Cal=
ifornia for booking and processing -- fingerprinted and photographed for mu=
g-shots like a common criminal. (But our criminal defense team was there!)

You see, it's not just one legal battle we're fighting. Altogether David ha=
s been sued or prosecuted six times! Already we defeated a two-count felony=
and misdemeanor criminal case brought by the District Attorney of Harris C=
ounty (Houston), Texas at the behest of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast. And =
another nasty civil case brought by a baby body parts broker, Stem Express,=
in Los Angeles was dismissed.
Right now we=E2=80=99re defending David in four other active cases.
In the civil lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood, we are appealing the jury=
=E2=80=99s verdict, along with the judge=E2=80=99s order permanently bannin=
g David from doing any more undercover journalism against Planned Parenthoo=
d.
In another lawsuit filed by the National Abortion Federation, the Ninth Cir=
cuit Court of Appeals has refused to lift the preliminary "gag order" injun=
ction prohibiting David from releasing any more of his videos exposing the =
abortion giant's evil.
And in the civil lawsuit filed by anonymous Planned Parenthood personnel in=
federal court up in Seattle, after we achieved victory for a second time o=
n appeal after the lower court judge suppressed David's right to review pub=
lic records of taxpayer-funded transactions involving abortionists' sales o=
f aborted babies' body parts to middle-man brokers for resale to research l=
aboratories around the U.S., that same lower court judge boldly re-entered =
essentially the same truth-suppressing decree that we had twice managed to =
overturn on appeal. As a result, we've had to file yet another appeal -- o=
ur third time in quest of true justice on appeal -- so that David can see a=
nd tell the world about the evil fruits of this gross misuse of taxpayers' =
dollars!
We've also just filed a federal civil rights lawsuit for David in Los Angel=
es, taking former California Attorney General Kamala Harris and incumbent X=
avier Becerra to task and calling them to account for prosecuting David in =
bad faith twisting and perverting California's anti-eavesdropping law in an=
unprecedented persecution of a citizen journalist by reason of his disfavo=
red poliltical views. This offensive tactic is a key part of our defense, a=
s we cannot let David suffer such a trampling of his free speech and due pr=
ocess rights without a counterattack.

I’ve got good news, bad news, and really bad news for the pro-life movement.
The good news is the judge dismissed seven of the fifteen felony criminal charges against pro-life citizen journalist David Daleiden stemming from his undercover investigation of Planned Parenthood, leaving him facing eight felony counts.
The bad news is the California Attorney General added a ninth felony charge at David’s arraignment.
And the really bad news is that David may have to stand trial before another San Francisco jury which will decide whether he spends a decade locked away in a state penitentiary.

And you couldn't be there with David when he appeared in both Texas and California for booking and processing -- fingerprinted and photographed for mug-shots like a common criminal. (But our criminal defense team was there!)

And another nasty civil case brought by a baby body parts broker, Stem Express, in Los Angeles was dismissed.
Right now we’re defending David in four other active cases.
In the civil lawsuit filed by Planned Parenthood, we are appealing the jury’s verdict, along with the judge’s order permanently banning David from doing any more undercover journalism against Planned Parenthood.
In another lawsuit filed by the National Abortion Federation, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has refused to lift the preliminary "gag order" injunction prohibiting David from releasing any more of his videos exposing the abortion giant's evil.
And in the civil lawsuit filed by anonymous Planned Parenthood personnel in federal court up in Seattle, after we achieved victory for a second time on appeal after the lower court judge suppressed David's right to review public records of taxpayer-funded transactions involving abortionists' sales of aborted babies' body parts to middle-man brokers for resale to research laboratories around the U.S., that same lower court judge boldly re-entered essentially the same truth-suppressing decree that we had twice managed to overturn on appeal. As a result, we've had to file yet another appeal -- our third time in quest of true justice on appeal -- so that David can see and tell the world about the evil fruits of this gross misuse of taxpayers' dollars!
We've also just filed a federal civil rights lawsuit for David in Los Angeles, taking former California Attorney General Kamala Harris and incumbent Xavier Becerra to task and calling them to account for prosecuting David in bad faith twisting and perverting California's anti-eavesdropping law in an unprecedented persecution of a citizen journalist by reason of his disfavored poliltical views. This offensive tactic is a key part of our defense, as we cannot let David suffer such a trampling of his free speech and due process rights without a counterattack.
But Planned Parenthood has millions of dollars to spend on lawyers and lobbyists -- and they'll stop at nothing to silence David and prevent the truth from coming out.
