Dear John,
If you saw my recent emails, you know that midnight on September 30 ushers in a new fiscal year for AFSC.
As an AFSC supporter, you have stood in solidarity with communities organizing for racial and economic justice, human rights and dignity, and the ability to meet basic needs. Thank you!
Before the clock strikes midnight on September 30, I hope you will take one more action, if it is within your means: Make a gift to help AFSC finish the fiscal year strong—and start our new one with the resources we need.
The pandemic has taken the lives of more than 200,000 people in the U.S. and 1 million people worldwide. Unemployment is high. And no matter who is elected in November, we have a lot of work to do to convince policymakers to implement the changes we urgently need.
But we are a community of change makers. We have met big challenges before.
I see this as a year of tremendous possibility. Together, we can make our world more sustainable and just—and help one another through these difficult times.
Please make a gift by September 30 if you can.
Thank you for supporting AFSC.
