The Behavioural and Emotional Health (BEH)?Service is?commissioned by the Clinical Commissioning Group and managed by Early Help Services.
The BEH Manager will provide management and leadership of a team of colleagues who provide specialist interventions for children, young people and their families; where the child or young person present with behaviours indicative of ASD or ADHD.
The post holder will work with?stakeholders, including families, to develop and embed the BEH Co-produced model of delivery, process and pathway.?

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:?
  • Demonstrate management and leadership of teams and service delivery
  • Demonstrate?knowledge of child development and?neurodevelopmental disorders, including ASD and ADHD
  • Demonstrate?knowledge of Safeguarding children, experience of assessing risks and applying legislation to practice
  • Demonstarte ability to engage stakeholders?in the?development and delivery of?a quality service that is focussed on improving outcomes for?children and young people.?
