Hi there, with end-of-quarter just around the corner, it's time for another quick update from your friendly Finance Director!

As you may have heard, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee recognized our campaign as one of the top red-to-blue flip opportunities in the country as we work to defeat Roger Williams.

This is a BIG deal for a scrappy campaign like ours. Many people didn't think it was possible for a candidate like Julie to make inroads in a deep-red, heavily gerrymandered district like TX-25 — and with each passing day, we're proving them all wrong.

But this campaign is far from over. Texans begin casting ballots in just 15 days, and Roger Williams has personal wealth and special interests on his side. At any moment, they could pour millions into this race and try to drown us out — which is why it's so critical we prepare for whatever comes our way.


Wednesday's end-of-quarter deadline is the last before Election Day, and as of right now, we’re still $45,000 short of our $750,000 goal. Can you make one of the contributions that will put us over the top? >> [[link removed]]


We've made it this far together, and we've exceeded all of our goals with the help of generous supporters like you, team. But heading into the last (and most expensive!) 36 days of this campaign, we need to make sure we have what it takes to win.
