Donald Trump is pushing a right-wing justice onto the Supreme Court before the election -- and the court will hear his administration's challenge to the Affordable Care Act on November 10.

Trump has offered no replacement plan in the event that the court sides with him, and is disgracefully putting Americans' healthcare in danger during a pandemic. If the Supreme Court strikes down the ACA, 365,700 people in VA-10 with pre-existing conditions could lose their health insurance -- and we'll need Jennifer in Congress to fight for them.

The GOP knows their path back to the House majority runs through VA-10, and Jennifer is a top target of theirs. So if we're going to protect affordable healthcare and coverage for pre-existing conditions, we can't afford to lose Jennifer's seat.
