Friend,

Should she become our next Justice, Amy Coney Barrett will decide cases that impact millions of lives.

This is urgently true because, immediately after the election, the Supreme Court will hear a Donald Trump backed case that could overturn the Affordable Care Act.

Her record makes it perfectly clear: a vote for her is a vote to dismantle our health care system - in the middle of a pandemic!

It is for that reason and the fact that I believe Michigan voters should have a say through their vote in selecting the next Supreme Court Justice, that I am opposing her nomination and will do everything I can to stop it!

Today, I'm joining Democratic colleagues across the country by asking you to sign a petition telling Mitch McConnell: DO NOT fill the Supreme Court vacancy until after the presidential election!
