WILL President Rick Esenberg will appear before the Wisconsin Supreme Court on Tuesday at 9:45 am for oral arguments in Zignego v. WEC, WILL's lawsuit challenging the Wisconsin Elections Commission's decision to refuse to clean up Wisconsin's voter rolls in 2019.

WILL filed a motion for an immediate injunction in Lindoo v. Evers, the lawsuit challenging Governor Evers's recent emergency declaration. The matter will go before the court on October 5, 2020. If granted, Governor Evers’s emergency declaration could be struck down while the case is under consideration.
