Hi, Friend --

In a lot of ways, the election has already started. Around the country, absentee ballots are being sent out, and cities are getting ready to open early voting sites throughout October. But no matter which way you choose to vote -- by mail, in person, or early -- you must be registered. Sorry, I don’t make the rules. 

Since you’re involved in the Stand Up America community, I’m betting you already have your voting plan in place (and hey, if you don’t, you can make one over here). But I’m also betting there are some people in your life who need a reminder, and it’s up to us to not leave any eligible voter behind, especially when the stakes are this high.

Our lovely graphic shows when the voter registration deadlines are in key battleground states where we’re going all in. These states will be crucial in voting Trump out of office and enacting lasting progressive change. Give your friends, family members, and followers across the country a friendly reminder to register by taking a minute right now to share our graphic on social media:

There’s no such thing as over-prepared. Even if you don’t live in one of these states, maybe one of your friends or family members does and they can spread the word on their end.

2016 was decided by a few thousand votes per state. The margins were unbelievably slim. Donald Trump’s losing. But we know he’s a sore loser, and he’s making it more and more clear every day.

We need to make sure that this election is won in a landslide, and if we can sway at least one more person to register and get their vote out, it’ll get us that much closer to removing the most corrupt president of our lifetimes -- and ousting Mitch McConnell in the process.

So make sure you share our graphic and get everyone you know to register before their state’s deadline.
