Every fall, we host a big event for long-time Innocence Project supporters. Obviously, things are a bit different this year. Instead of meeting in person, we’ll be holding our Fall Benefit entirely online.
The good news about a virtual event is that we can invite every supporter to join! And we’ve got to say, we’ve got exciting guests lined up. We will be having important conversations on the work we are doing to bring about systemic change, and about what the future of this movement looks like — you won’t want to miss it. Here’s what you need to know:
What: A Call to Justice: An Evening of Thanks When: Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2020 at 7 p.m. EST Where: On your computer/tablet/phone/TV
We’re so excited for you to join us this year. You’ll be hearing from our new executive director, Christina Swarns, in conversation with co-founders Barry Scheck and Peter Neufeld. Exonerees will share their powerful stories. Actors and Innocence Ambassadors Tony Goldwyn and Dascha Polanco will make appearances, and we’ll have a musical performance from Innocence Ambassadors Phony Ppl!
This is an event that you won’t want to miss. Please mark your calendars for the evening of Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. EST, and take a moment to RSVP on Facebook, or sign up to get the Vimeo link when it’s available here.
