Democrats have a "nuclear option" to run out the clock on Republican efforts to rush through a Supreme Court nominee before the election: impeach our corrupt Attorney General, Bill Barr.

Business Insider reports that "Impeachment would compel the U.S. Senate to hold a trial at a time when it has precious few days left on its calendar to confirm a replacement for Ginsburg."

Barr certainly deserves to be impeached -- the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington say the inquiry should consider evidence that Barr "corruptly subverted the Special Counsel investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election and of President Trump for obstruction of justice; interfered with the lawful functions of the Department of Justice by overturning the actions of career prosecutors in the cases of Roger Stone, Jr. and Michael Flynn... and abused and exceeded the powers of the Attorney General to violate the First and Fourth Amendment rights of American citizens."

That's good enough for us -- and for the 50% of voters who have supported Barr's impeachment. Getting a firm majority would help make the case to our Democratic representatives that bringing Barr to justice is exactly what they should do next -- are you with us?
