Friends — we have some good news and bad news.
The bad news is: Trump and Mitch McConnell are trying to push through another extreme Supreme Court nominee before the election.
The good news is: We’re close to reaching our 10,000 donation goal to help do everything in our power to block Trump’s NRA nominee.
If Trump’s nominee is confirmed, the gun lobby’s number one goal of dismantling our progress on gun safety would be one step closer to reality.
Which is why we can’t afford to fall short of our goal, not when this much is at stake. So before our deadline, we have to ask:

With your support, we can ramp up our efforts to block Trump and McConnell from rushing through another Supreme Court pick.
And we can flip the Senate this year to elect leaders who understand America’s demands for gun safety and who would appoint a fair-minded justice to the Supreme Court.
Together, we’ve been able to make gun safety a top issue in the 2020 election. Now we need to make sure that the next Supreme Court justice that is nominated will uphold the progress we’ve made.
