Now we know why Trump has been hiding his tax returns.

Yesterday, the New York Times released a major investigative story about President Trump’s taxes.[1] The report shows that in both 2016 and 2017, he paid just $750 in income taxes. And, he paid ZERO federal income taxes over 11 years between 2000 and 2017.

Just compare that to what you have paid in federal income taxes over the last two decades; or what nurses and other essential workers have paid.

Or, compare it with how much Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and other leading Democratic presidential candidates paid in income taxes:

If it wasn’t such an abuse of our broken tax laws, it would almost be laughable.

Trump is the poster child for everything that’s wrong with our corrupt tax system.
