Here's what she has in store...

* States will be required to mail a ballot to every
registered voter.

* $4 billion in federal funding will be approved to help states
transition to universal vote-by-mail elections.

* Bans will be placed on oppressive voting requirements, such as
witness signatures and including copies of government-issued
photo IDs with ballots

* Increased funds will go to the United States Postal Service to
help with handling huge numbers of mailed ballots.

* 30 days of in-person early voting will help avoid lines and
large gatherings.
