Hi there,

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg helped make marriage equality the law of the land. She helped protect the right to choose. She tirelessly advanced women's rights for decades -- and left America a far better, fairer country than she found it.

But now, just over a week after her passing, critics are seizing on her legacy -- with some detractors saying she wasn't progressive enough, while others say Justice Ginsburg should have stepped down while Obama was still in the White House.

We're thankful for everything RBG left this country with -- no matter what happens next for the Supreme Court. If you agree, help us drown out the voices of the naysayers now:

Do you approve of RBG's legacy?
