According to a bombshell breaking report from the New York Times, in both 2016 and 2017, Donald Trump paid just $750 in federal income tax.
The report includes many details about Trump’s slimy and fraudulent tax avoidance.
But no matter what revelations about Trump see the light of day, the fact is, his base is going to stand by him and fight HARD to make sure he’s reelected.
That’s why we can’t take anything for granted. We need to fight like our democracy depends on it, because it does.
The depths of how corrupt and unethical the current occupant of the Oval Office is will continue to be revealed.
What you already know about the man, his administration, and, by extension, his enablers, will continue to be confirmed.
But huge swaths of the country simply are not receiving the same information. And if they are, they don’t trust it, or they assume there is some justification.
Donald Trump is a con man. And con men get people to trust them. That’s how they run their scams and get what they want.
So we need to overcome Trump’s unshakable base by making sure the majority of this country, who wants Trump gone, turn out to cast their ballots, whether by mail or in person, and cast them early.
As of today, 28 states have started to send absentee or mail-in ballots to voters in and in-person early voting has already begun in 9 states!
Thank you for doing your part to keep the spotlight on Trump’s unfitness to be president. Together, we’re end this presidency.
