Kia ora John,

Whether you’re craving kiwifruit pavlova or are dreaming of cricket on the beach, there’s a lot to miss about New Zealand when you’re living overseas. But no matter where in the world you are, one thing you don’t have to miss out on is making your voice heard in this year’s election.

In 2017, more than 61,000 New Zealanders voted from overseas. This year, these votes will play a key role in helping to secure another term for our strong Labour team - but only if New Zealanders living overseas get out and give their two ticks to Labour.

So today, we wanted to send a quick reminder to ask our supporters to do two things:

If you’re a New Zealander living overseas, make sure you’re enrolled to vote. It’s really easy to check your details and enrol to ensure you have a say in our country’s future. You can find out everything you need to know about enrolling to vote from overseas here. <[link removed]>

If you’re not living overseas but you have friends and family who are, check in to make sure they’re ready to vote. You might also like to share this list of Labour’s achievements since coming into Government if you think they need a little persuading! <[link removed]>

Overseas voting opens on Wednesday 30 September, so we need to act quickly to make sure everyone is enrolled and ready to go. Every vote counts - so check your details, tell your friends, and with your support, we can re-elect a Labour Government and continue to roll out our plan to rebuild New Zealand together.

Thanks,

Labour Campaigns Team

P.S. If you’re living in New Zealand and aren’t sure if your details are correct (or don’t know if you’re actually enrolled!), you can check your details here. <[link removed]>

P.P.S. Already enrolled and want to take the next step? Chip in here to support Labour’s campaign to keep New Zealand moving. <[link removed]>

A short note on donations:

We have a plan to keep New Zealand moving, and it’s already underway. But to keep rolling out that plan beyond October's election, Labour needs to win enough seats to be able to return to government.

John, we’re proud to be a truly people-powered Party, and it’s only because of the generosity of thousands of supporters like you chipping in what you can that we’re going to be able to run a winning campaign.

If you can, please click the button below to make a donation to our campaign fund today so together, we can keep New Zealand moving.
