Friend, this is deeply concerning: Donald Trump just nominated far-right Judge Amy Coney Barrett to fill the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg's seat on the Supreme Court. 

With less than 40 days until Election Day, Republicans are rushing to ram through another extremist nominee and override the will of the American people, the majority of whom think the next president should fill this seat.

Mitch McConnell set a precedent in 2016, and he needs to be held to it now: no confirmation of a new Supreme Court Justice until after the inauguration in 2021.

But McConnell has vowed to hold a vote for Trump's nominee as soon as possible – and with our most fundamental rights hanging in the balance, we need to fight back with everything we've got.

The stakes have never been higher, friend. Experts say that if we win our special election in Georgia this November, I could be sworn in early and vote on Trump's nominee to the Supreme Court during the lame-duck session of Congress.

So I mean it when I say that protecting the future of the Supreme Court hinges on whether or not we win this battleground race. But right now, polls show me running neck and neck with my Republican opponent – who's spending $20 MILLION of her personal fortune to buy this seat – and I can't pull ahead and flip Georgia blue without your critical support.

Right now, we're up against the most important deadline of the election and falling $48,912 short of what we need by midnight to win this race. So please, I'm urgently asking: Will you give $5 or more right now – and have every dollar DOUBLED – to flip Georgia blue, protect the future of the Supreme Court and take back the Senate for Democrats?
