Hello,

The Supreme Court is scheduled to decide the future of the Affordable Care Act one week after the election.

Joe Biden laid out the crisis we’re heading towards in no uncertain terms: “In the middle of the worst global health crisis in living memory, Donald Trump is before the Supreme Court trying to strip health care coverage away from tens of millions of families, to strip away the peace of mind of more than 100 million Americans with pre-existing conditions.”

If the Trump administration succeeds, millions of Americans will be left without health care overnight -- a bleak future that will all but be confirmed if Trump’s Republican Senate succeeds in confirming a new Supreme Court justice.

Joe Biden has demanded the Supreme Court vacancy be filled by the next president -- and he is committed to expanding health care access for all Americans. But that can only happen if we turn out in overwhelming numbers to help Biden win in November. With the future of our health care on the line, we need to know where you stand right now:

Will you vote to protect the Affordable Care Act?

YES   NO

Thank you for providing your critical input.
