Friend–

Election Day is just 37 days away. The events of the past week, especially the tragic loss of Justice Ginsburg, have made the stakes of our votes clearer than ever – and we’re seeing more energy in our race every day as a result.

Here are the biggest updates from the campaign this week:

1. Within hours of Justice Ginsburg’s death on Friday, Mitch McConnell and President Trump had already turned it into a power play with no regard for her dying wishes or their own blatant hypocrisy. Yesterday, Doug announced that he will not support any Supreme Court nominee until after the November 3rd election is decided.Only with your help can we keep Doug in office and protect the legacy RBG fought for >> [[link removed]]

2. We launched TommyTuberville.com, a collection of comments, positions, and controversies that make it clear Tommy Tuberville is not prepared for the U.S. Senate and not worthy of Alabama. Check it out >> [[link removed]]

3. Ours is one of the 10 most hotly contested Senate races in the country, and people are not only recognizing that Doug Jones can win this, they’re realizing that he must. We’ve seen a massive groundswell of support – an astounding 220,000 people pitched in for the first time this week. This is the kind of energy we have to keep up until Election Day if we’re going to win this thing. Now’s the time to pitch in and keep our momentum going >> [[link removed]]

This is the last leg of the most important election season of our lives, friend. Your support these last 37 days is going to make all the difference.

Stay focused,
