Hypocrites? ? ? ? ? Friend,

As we mourn the loss of Ruth Bader Ginsburg ? an icon for social and environmental justice and an American hero ? Republicans in the Senate are disregarding her dying wishes by rushing to fill her seat before Election Day.

The level of disrespect for Justice Ginsburg is heart-wrenching. She doesn't deserve this. We must vote them out. We need your help to do it.

Cory Gardner, Thom Tillis, Steve Daines, and Joni Ernst are all anti-environment senators up for re-election. Each is on the record stating that SCOTUS confirmations shouldn't happen in a presidential election year, but now they suddenly support moving forward with a vote on Trump's nominee ? with only 37 days till the election. Each of their races is polling within a few points right now.

These same senators who have vowed to support Trump's new nominee are the ones who blocked President Obama from filling a seat nine months before the election ? claiming it was unfair, and up to the American people to decide.

But they might get away with it, friend. Just this week Thom Tillis has flip flopped on offshore drilling ? now calling for a moratorium ? in a last ditch attempt to win back support in North Carolina. He actively denies climate science and takes hundreds of thousands from corporate polluters. Don't let his lies cost North Carolinians the chance to elect a climate champion, Cal Cunningham.
